Abstract

A person who is progressing mentally and physically and is using his abilities is a healthy person. Behaviorists believe in mental health in adaptive and learned behaviors in the environment. Humanists consider meeting the needs of people and self-fulfillment as the characteristic of a healthy person. All people have five personality dimensions that are the basis of other personality traits, which include extroversion, adaptability, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and openness.
