Abstract

This paper is a comparative study of the environmental-objective factors affecting migration in rural areas in Neyshabour in two decades: (1976-1986) and (1986-1996) This study shows that with time passage the effect of economic factors has increased in contrast to those services rendered through facilities. Among the latter, the role of educational and medical facilities is considerable. So in planning rural development, both economic factors and optimized services which are much needed are specially significant.
