Abstract

Today, “supply chain” is faced with instability in environmental factors, because environmental change in technology levels is so rapid. On the other hand, with entering information systems, strategic information system planning (SISP) emerges to respond to uncertainty in this context, and align organizations with variations. In this article, we intend to present the supply chain management (SCM) model with the use of SISP process. By several criteria this present model optimizes the performance of supply chain management. In conclusion, four hypotheses are offered. With respect to this model, the activities of each phase or the SCM are presented.
