Abstract

 Outsourcing has a long history, and it’s various patterns are familiar to the whole of manufacturing and industrial companies.Although OUTSOURCING has been conducted in a wide spectrum of executive affairs and public services such as transferring, restaurant managing, gardening, etc., but in recent years some administrative services and human resources management (HRM) issues, especially TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT have been subjected to OUTSOURCING.In this research, OUTSOURCING of TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT was studied based on conceptual and theoretical framework, and based on viewpoints of 120 managers, experts, and researchers of human resources development (HRD) fields. Data was gathered by questionnaires. Results of this research leads to the development of a model for OUTSOURCE CORPORATE TRAINING. Furthermore, findings have suggested appropriate stages of implementation for OUTSOURCING in the field of TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT.
