Abstract

The nature of "TIME" has always kept man's mind busy to itself. Equally because of its essence and nature which has long challenged the thinkers and philosophers for giving an interpretation and because of its impact on human being and his destiny which has always caused anxiety and uneasiness. Since poetry is the reflection of man's soul and his heart, can easily show this anxiety; it also reflects the poet's perception of "TIME". In CONTEMPORARY ARABIC POETRY, "TIME" is considered as a distinguished theme of new poetry and reflects these features of "TIME".
