Abstract

The Traditional division of WORD in Arabic language puts WORDs into three groups of NOUNs, VERBs and letters. This division proved to be unbreakable in Arabic grammars. There have been some disputes and debates about this kind of division, but they never turned to be theories. Contemporary Arab linguists are now trying to present a new theory regarding this division. This article tries to study the ways in which the new theory is presenting.
