Abstract

The territory of TEHRAN is about 23 cities, 237 villages and hundreds of activities, covering a total of about 2 million people, which continues to attract immigrants, population growth and the continued expansion of official and informal settlements. Goes along. These areas suffer from many social, economic, cultural and environmental impacts, as well as the role of managerial and supervisory oversights in the hands of wealthy and landlocked groups under different names in the areas of robotic space with newer, larger and more complex issues. Which makes it safer to manage it to a great extent. The official and legal limits of the TEHRAN metropolitan area will also be mutually reinforcing of the problems and privacy threats. Of course, this issue (privacy and sustainable management in conjunction with metropolitan areas) in world-wide studies and urban management is a success story and has been characterized by numerous programs and strategies.In this research, according to national and international research and secondary data collected in management experiences and strategic plans of the metropolitan areas, comparing strategies, strategies and management techniques and privacy planning, a specific framework of programs A strategic strategy for managing the privacy of the TEHRAN METROPOLIS (with an area of about 6, 000 square kilometers now larger than the TEHRAN metropolitan area) has been presented to examine the status and management arrangements in planning and controlling the privacy of five METROPOLISes in London, Paris, Istanbul, Toronto and Dhaka.The results of this alignment have led to the identification of two main approaches to privacy planning, the "green belt" and "transboundary effects", and their implications and implications, which are, respectively, the main strategies of Britain and the United States. The necessity of using innovative and innovative methods based on the native situation, increasing the participatory role of citizens and social institutions and the private sector, and cooperation and interaction of the central government with the local government and exploitation of the existing capacities in the city of TEHRAN for the development and control of the METROPOLIS One of the most important results of this comparison and study.
