Abstract

Decision making is one of the most important and critical tasks for the managers. Hence, providing techniques and methods which facilitate decision making process is a matter of great significance. In this research, by using one of the most applicable multi-scales techniques named Topsios together with Delphi, an applicable model is provided for purchasing strategic equipment (when having several options and criteria). The results of sensitivity analysis on the model indicate high efficiency of this technique.
