Abstract

Seyed Abdollah Shobbar, the late contemporary Shia prominent scholar, was born in Najaf (Iraq), and wrote 74 valuable works, in more than 100 volumes. His two comprehensive and consice interpretation of Qur’an, and two explanations on Nahjul Balagha are known."Zia al-Thaqalain and Matla al-Nayyarain" is one of the unpublished words of the late shobbar, which explains the words of the holy Qur’an, and the holy traditions of the infallible leaders of Islam, which is assorted according to the last main letter of every word.In this article the characteristics of the above book, and the "Majma’ al-Bahrain" of Tarihi are reviewed and compared.
