Abstract

To accept SOVEREIGNTY as a supreme power by SECULARs in the field of politics and not accepting the SOVEREIGNTY as a supreme power in the field of ruling is derived from their difference in their bases i.e.difference in Islamic POLITICAL PHILOSOPHY and SECULAR POLITICAL PHILOSOPHY. Islamic viewpoint depicts the ruling such that although the nation decides its destiny, but has a glimpse on heavens to form this ruling and considers it from God. Therefore Islam speaks of a ruling which does not comply with any SECULAR thoughts.
