Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine relationship between the PARTICIPATION of teachers and the PERFORMANCE of MANAGERS. Population of the study was all of the MANAGERS and teachers of high schools and guidance schools in 1383-84, the sample of statistics was 40 MANAGERS and 200 teachers, which were used through probability grouping. To investigate the hypothesis of the research the following tools: 1- a questionnaire for evaluating PARTICIPATION of teachered which contains 45 questions with 5 choices. 2- a questionnaire of MANAGERS PERFORMANCE which contains 15 questions with 5 choices. Correlation coefficient was used to analyze the conclusion of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The study indicated that there is a significant relationship between the rate of teachers PARTICIPATION in decision making and variables such as MANAGERS PERFORMANCE and teachers stability, schools efficiency, teachers motivation and satisfaction.
