Title

IDENTIFYING THE SUCCESS FACTORS IN E- LEARNING PROGRAMS

Abstract

 This descriptive and cross-sectional study was conducted in 2010 to identify success factors in e-LEARNING programs. Statistical population consisted of 384 managers, professors, experts, practitioners of e-LEARNING in Tehran from whom 192 samples were randomly selected through using Morgan-Krjsy table. A researcher-made questionnaire was applied for data collection. The validity was confirmed by experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated 0. 87 through Cronboch’s alpha by using SPSS. Descriptive and inferential statistics and chi square (chi2 test and Friedman tests) were performed for data analysis. The results showed that program content, web access, learners involvement and participation, security and support of web site, the institute’s commitment, interactive LEARNING environment, instructors skills, and design and presentation were the highest frequent success factors in e-LEARNING programs.
