Abstract

The validity of OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS is the most important its EFFECTS and the legislator has determined conditions, in some cases formality, Procedures, the competent and persons to set up such documents but, in some cases, forced to possiblity of appeasement from the value of OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS has prescribed by the demand cancellation of these documents from authorities. Whereas terms, conditions, regulations and nature in connection with OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS are widely distributed and their violation may be infract or crime arising from failure and fault but any crime and infract can not considered as a refutation of OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS. Forging OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS and ISSUING OPPOSING OWNERSHIP DOCUMENTS are the most important cases of THE CANCELLATION of OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS But it should be noted that, interested parties in THE CANCELLATION of such documents when to reach the desired result that be done relying on appropriate practical procedures and the EFFECTS of THE CANCELLATION of OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS. In this study, we looking for identification one of the most important cases of THE CANCELLATION of OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS which are crimes and infractions, and so, explanation its procedures to achieve goals of the speed and accuracy principles in judicial and administrative proceedings.
