Abstract

Although software orientation is considered as one of the best tools to provide better and more national benefits for countries, But researches show that using SOFT POWER by big governments has always been affected by security-strategy considerations, in fact, one of distinguished aspects of today world from past world is “importance increasing” of SOFT POWER of countries and their capability in creating deep, invisible and gradual changes in belief arrangement, life style, political situations and prospective and social preferences of target audiences, using “soft THREATs”. soft THREATs means the expanded spectrum of actions and social, political and cultural activities which is used by countries with higher communication technology in order to impose indirectly their will to the others. The main purpose of this research is to study the concept of dimension and characteristics of soft THREAT and software approach in theories and solutions. In this research it has been attempted to introduce the resources and different levels of THREAT and soft THREAT in order to understanding it generally, and finally to point the special affairs of soft THREAT in these leve.
