Abstract

“Reasonabele uncoloGY” is one of the rules of “usul” descipline. It is used for extrapolation of legal preccpts and reles.Generally speaking, it can be cousidered as a techniques for generalization of a Judyement devoted to a certain and specific event where by specific features of that objec which have on influence in Judgement is removed and thus the Judgement can be applied to parallel cases.This technical term first used by sunni scholars and then, after fifthe century, and with origination of HELLEN SCHOOL and rational tendencies among Shiite usuli scholars, it was being used in Shiite circles which opposed to TRADITIONIST movement.The following factors resulted in employment of “reasonable aualoGY” in Shiite legal school: Of rational arguments, making distinction of probable analy out apidictic one, nagution of outhnity of opinion and anology 6 refinement of droditions, rising of rationalists such as sheikh tusi, Ansari, Allamen Helli, apperance and development of school of Hellen.
