EXPLAINING THE ANTHROPOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF ISLAMIC HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT BASED ON ALLAMEH TABATABAI'S OPINIONS

Abstract

 This study seeks to explain the Islamic view of man based on the ideas of ALLAMEH TABATABAI and its role in the formation of HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank">THE ISLAMIC HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT. The data is library based and analyzed with thematic method, encompassing two separate fields of ANTHROPOLOGY, that of conventional HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT and the one derived from ALLAMEH TABATABAI's thoughts. Then, with an analytical method, the themes deduced from Allameh's thoughts have been compared with the conventional ones under four categories:1) novel propositions2) confirming propositions3) contradictory new propositions,4) complementary propositions.The results show that from Allameh Tabatabi's anthropological viewpoint, the approach of HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT schools to mankind, whether cost- based, source- based or capital- based, is, first of all, following the second dimension of human nature analysis, and, secondly, it doesn't surpass human material nature. Consequently, the existential level, and the second and third dimensions of human nature analysis, have a preferable capacity for upgrading conventional HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT systems.
