Abstract

The goal of this study is to present a Quranic-based model for the organization. To achieve this goal, a conceptual model of research was designed. This model includes four latent variables. Each of these latent variables has its respective observed variables. On the basis of a conceptual model, a questionnaire for measuring the variables was composed. The statistic society of this research is higher education institutes in Mashhad. Altogether, 154 questionnaires were gathered. By using SPSS 16.0 and LISREL 8.50 software for statistical analysis of the data, the conceptual research model was approved by factor analysis, path analysis and structural equation.
