Abstract

Due to the growing need for entrepreneurship short-term training, formal education in this area is of great importance. In terms of objective, this study is an empirical study, and the research methodology is descriptive-correlative. The research population includes 465 learners and instructors in professional training academies of North Khorasan Province. Two hundred and ten individuals were selected by Cochran's sample size formula and random sampling method. Measurement tool in this research was standard questionnaire and structural equation modeling technique (SEM) and SMART PLS 2 software were used for data analysis. The results show that the entrepreneurship skills mediate the relationship between entrepreneurship education and Entrepreneurial intention. The entrepreneurial personality and motivation moderate the relation between Entrepreneurial Skills and Entrepreneurial intention. The results also show that participation in informal education courses has significantly positive impact on creating the Entrepreneurial intention.
