Abstract

Today it has been proved that the success of an organization is dependent on a dynamic and integrated education system. only having such system; organization can keep pace with industry and social progress and development and enjoys a high position among other organizations. Such claim can never be made that education by itself is useful unless an evaluation is carried out on provided educations. Therefore in this article, descriptive method and educational evaluation and ORGANIZATION EFFICIENCY are used to study the EDUCATION EVALUATION role in improvement of ORGANIZATION EFFICIENCY. The result of this article indicats that the comprehensive and complete evaluation can inform organization of education results efficiency. Evaluation can produce feedbacks by which the extent of education usefulness for attaining the intended targets understood. Likewise in regard to the results obtained from the EDUCATION EVALUATION the weak and the strong points of organization can be inferred and be used for improvement and modification of methods. Therefore by so dinig a step is taken to improve ORGANIZATION EFFICIENCY.
