Abstract

Evaluating the individual legal rights of the cloned people does not imply recognition of their rights. What is at stake is to make sure that in illegal CLONING, we must prevent their inhumane treatments. Some believe that rights and responsibilities of cloned people are the same as regular people, while others claim that cloned people should not be considered as family members. Therefore, these people do not enjoy the same legal rights as the natural people that is they are not considered family members and do not enjoy inheritance rights. Our argument is that clone people have the same rights as the people who are born naturally.
