Abstract

The transition from instability to stability and SECURITY is deep-rooted ideal for all human societies. This issue indicates realization of the SECURITY society, that is very idealistic, is impossible especially with regard to limited researches and recognition of human dimensions that have unlimited demands and needs and in other words, confrontation and CONFLICT among humankind demands. One of the other features of the complex human is that in order to achieve ideals, possible or impossible, resorts to serious efforts. This problem is very important among societies' high-ranking managers who somewhat they are facilitate human motion progress toward SECURITY. Realization of sustainable SECURITY development requires reduction of CONFLICTs and corrects management towards belongings and demands all of the people and equitable distribution of existing sources among them. Existence of several organizations and institutions, that are responsible for development of sustainable SECURITY in society, indicates importance of the issue. The main point is to pay attention to cultural dimensions of management and correct engineering of SECURITY system for the country. The authors try to introduce a model of sustainable SECURITY through special concentration on the CONFLICT management in the light of CULTURAL ENGINEERING.
