The transition from instability to stability and security is deep-rooted ideal for all human societies. This issue indicates realization of the security society, that is very idealistic, is impossible especially with regard to limited researches and recognition of human dimensions that have unlimited demands and needs and in other words, confrontation and conflict among humankind demands. One of the other features of the complex human is that in order to achieve ideals, possible or impossible, resorts to serious efforts. This problem is very important among societies' high-ranking managers who somewhat they are facilitate human motion progress toward security. Realization of sustainable security development requires reduction of conflicts and corrects management towards belongings and demands all of the people and equitable distribution of existing sources among them. Existence of several organizations and institutions, that are responsible for development of sustainable security in society, indicates importance of the issue. The main point is to pay attention to cultural dimensions of management and correct engineering of security system for the country. The authors try to introduce a model of sustainable security through special concentration on the conflict management in the light of cultural engineering.

The unique mathematic and geopolitical position of Islamic Iran in different periods has been exposed to discursive deep and serious developments. Under theses discursive and serious developments, displacement power, to the extent that its historical memory in the perspective of various ethnics, especially ethnics that have been exposed to these development seriously, always has been anticipative. In this discursive atmosphere and security-political situations, post-Islamic revolutionary Iran and recently-founded Islamic Republic arrived to position of the rebellion and insurgency in Kurdistan. The volunteer troops and Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) was dispatched to Kurdistan after Paveh unrest because of animating order of Imam Khomeini and then effective measures in insecurity management in the style of software school of Martyr Mohammad Boroujerdi in the light of anthropology school Ahle Beit (AS) and relations of power the people-centric politics and security was placed on the agenda. Mohammad Boroujerdi was one of the process-centric commanders that wanted to turn knowledge and emotional network is caused by developments of militarism routine feature from hardware system to epistemological meaning-centric system. He replaced new meaning-centric concept instead of powercracy concept. He explained a new issue in sphere of security-study in realm of management of crisis regions by this logotrophy in concept of new people-centric powercracy. This paper tries to discuss the claim and reveals martyr Mohammad Boroujerdi's method, school and militarist philosophy of after years of deprivation and being suppressed.

Security regards as a priority for all of political systems and all of citizens, aside from amount of social-economic development and kind of ideology. Sustainable security is resultant of collection of engagements and also cooperation and harmony among various parts of social system. Security as a cause and a reality is considered one of the most basic rights of the people. Todays, concept of sustainable security is changing more and more, because of fundamental developments in sphere of digital communication and information technology.Although, communicative technology by itself comprises many opportunities, unconditional dominance of western countries especially America aim at homogenizing cultures and identities and monopoly strategy and medium control by west, which has founded new problems such as threats against developing countries like Iran. This article tries to explain western policies and strategies in media sphere against the Islamic Republic with descriptive-analytical method. All strategies and policies direct toward disturbing the sustainable security in the Islamic system. Therefore, establishment of a suitable, smart and permanent mechanism is completely necessary for monitoring and confrontation with these threats in the involved security services especially the Supreme National Security Council.

The ultimate goal of the descriptive - analytical paper, which has been developed by library method, is to provide an analysis about social and cultural strategies for sustainable security. The main question is that: What is the most important social and cultural strategy for sustainable security? The sustainable security which today has become an interdisciplinary concept is not obtained without social and cultural strategies. In this article, the sustainable security means culture-oriented socialized security. On the basis of this article's findings, two key strategies i.e. people-centric and capacity-building will be proposed in order to contribute to Iranian present society.

The document of 20 years Vision of the Islamic Republic of Iran is the most important and highest upstream document as guide and trans-sectional document for supplying sustainable security in the country, formulation of five year plans and annual budget of the state. This document determines the outlines of development in country, Iran's security strategy and foreign policy to achieve the first position in the region in 1404. One of the preconditions for its realization is to reach situation of sustainable security in the Islamic Republic of Iran under international system chaos circumstances and also developments of Islamic awakening in the Middle East countries. Some purposes of the document of 20 years Vision are existence of a security, stable, developed and inspiring society in the horizon of 1404. Realization of purposes of the document of 20 years Vision is almost impossible without supplying sustainable security in face of perceived threats. One of the necessities to achieve sustainable security in the country is increase in American and Israeli international threats against Iran. Acting as first position in the region under program of Vision document is merely possible on the condition that Iran prepares necessary actions for making equilibrium, stability and regional and international cooperations and supplying sustainable security in the country. This paper try to evaluate the nature and conception of security in 1404 Vision document and also issue of Iran's sustainable security on the basis of Vision document. The data for this study have been collected through the library method. Given the nature and components of this research, the dominant approach is “descriptive - analytical” research. Accordingly, ways of achieving sustainable security are investigated and extracted by method of Vision document's content analysis. In this paper, Iranian Vision as a security society in 1404 will be examined. The results of the article show affective and constructive engagement with world nations and governments and also continuous economic development and progress is precondition for achieving sustainable security in the horizon of 1404.

This article is affected by role of security dimensions in various political, military, economic, social, cultural spheres, the complexity of the situation, different variables, variation of threats, transregional, regional and internal challenges, diversity of international and regional actors. Because of the inadequacy of security strategies in the existing schools, the present paper will try to extract dimensions of security on the basis of security strategy and current scientific model of security in security schools through exploratory studies. This paper that is result of a research project is an applied research in terms of its purpose, and its analysis level has descriptive and analytical nature, and its approach and method is based on library method. Also required data has been collected by library studies and use of note taking on cards or index cards. In process of the research, two main questions are discussed: what is the sustainable security strategy in the political system of Islam from the perspective of Nahjolbalaghe. And what are foundations, framework and principles of the security in the political system of Islam from the perspective of Nahjolbalaghe. Accordingly, criterion and scale of the researcher for collecting data in order to answer the research questions logically and reasonably is some indicators such as fundamental values and ideals of security, security reference, security theories (security for whom or what, security vis-a-vis who or what, security or direction in what kind of context, security in what level or the amount). Dimensions of security provide five capacities for the political system of Islam from the perspective of Nahjolbalaghe that is addressed in the section of conclusion.
