2Hospital Accreditation is very important for improving the quality of health-related care. As one of the most important members of the health team, Nurses actively participate in this process and are considered as one of the main points of evaluation programs. In various literature, the Role of Nurses in the process of Accreditation of medical environments has not been mentioned in a focused way. Considering the importance of the key Role of Nurses and the numerous challenges raised by them in performing the tasks assigned during the hospital Accreditation processes, it is necessary to focus more on the different dimensions of Nurses' performance in programs that improve the quality of care. It is expected that such measures will be effective in order to pay more attention to the issues and problems of Nurses.
