Abstract

There is no doubt that human resource, which possesses a high value, is the most important strategic resource for a society and so following for an organization. A JOB CLASSIFICATION and evaluation plan and its perfect implementation allows human resources of organizations having a clear image of professional sphere, future career and the status of beginning, continuation and conclusion of their endeavor, their range of salary and fruition of organization, to know exactly their position and based on sufficient information to decide rationally on continuation of their service.This paper presents an applicable method for classification of research jobs and also determines a model for payment system in RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT (R& D) centers. The methodology is based on field study that is implemented in a research center.
