Abstract

MANUFACTURING STRATEGY defined as making pattern of structural and infrastructural produce decisions that aim to reach MANUFACTURING OBJECTIVE. MANUFACTURING STRATEGY literature includes two content and process main fields. Studies show that researcher focused lower to MANUFACTURING STRATEGY process. With this article, authors after survey literature and different models of MANUFACTURING STRATEGY process, with present current problems on those, propose a model as proposed framework. For survey validity of proposed model, it studies in produce firm case. Result demonstrated this method is appropriate. Finally, limitations and purposes expressed.
