Abstract

Nowadays, in highly competitive economical space using "Organizational INNOVATION" is a critical factor to continue the competition. So, organizations have to know the challenges of INNOVATION in order to improve their activities.In this research, a combinational model (value chain plus integrated network) is presented and validated by experts' opinions. Founding show that, specialized committee (general And supreme) in suggestion discipline are move active in innovative activities than the other internal agents. Furthermore, exploiting of modern banking technologies is the most external factor in INNOVATION process. The other factors that have impact on the organizational INNOVATION (by order) are costumers' legal issues, modern banking methods, global international condition, and monitoring institutes.
