Abstract

This research was carried out with the purpose of Study the relationship of SPIRITUAL HEALTH and JOB INVOLVEMENT in ACADEMIC STAFF of Islamic Azad University – Dezful branch. The sampling group consists of 66 persons were chosen through simple sampling method. The research instruments including SPIRITUAL HEALTH questionnaire (Palutzian & Ellison, 1982) and JOB INVOLVEMENT (Kanungo, 1982). Analyzing data through person correlation, showed that there is a positive significant relationship between SPIRITUAL HEALTH and JOB INVOLVEMENT. Using multiple regression denoted that existential and religious health are able to predict JOB INVOLVEMENT (RS=./36). Findings indicated the importance of existential & religious health in organization.
