Abstract

Islamic Scientists define "science of JURISPRUDENCE" as comprehension and knowledge of Islamic lows and edicts from theirs explicative reasons and justrification.s (Shakouri, 1377, 49-50). Concerning "political JURISPRUDENCE" they believe that political JURISPRUDENCE of Islam contains the entire regulations and jurisprudent sentences that are responsible of relationships between Muslims and other nations in the world (Id, 76). In this study, we try to discuss about geographic subjects of territories within Islamic JURISPRUDENCE and to explain his relation with geostrategic and geopolitical frontiers and territories in other local subdivisions.
