Abstract

EFQM excellence model is the most extended tool for assessment in the world, moreover, EFQM model apply as assessment tool in the different kind of Iranian corporation for achieving the Iran 1404 strategic plan. Automotive enterprises use this model in order to assess the performance of their sub companies. Nevertheless, relationship between the 9 criterions of the model is still one the important subject in industry and academic researches. According to this problem, in this research 46 of companies which are active in the auto industry has been chosen and surveyed. In this research, 8 hypothesis of research were analyzed by multiple Regressions. The result of this research is shows the way for TARGETING and also a procedure in order to predicting the score of the each criterion of the business excellence model for the companies.
