Abstract

The present study investigates the role of the 3C management agents (structural factors, behavioral factors and environmental fields) in establishment of ELECTRONIC AUCTION at the field of Property and Real State.Statistical population includes all managers, experts and employees of mentioned organization in Tehran and state agencies.The validity of the questionnaire is done in the Delphi method by offering it to some experienced experts in auction sale and ELECTRONIC AUCTION and their careful looks were considered to improve it.The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated by the Cronbach's alpha test.Data analysis methods including structural equation path analysis, Klomogrov Smirnov test, regression methods, the Durbin Watson statistic, were used to analyze the data.The results indicate that:1. Between the structural factors, factors related to the structure of the organization are the most effective ones in establishment of ELECTRONIC AUCTION.2. Among the factors related to behavioral factors, organizational culture has the greatest affect on establishment of ELECTRONIC AUCTION.3. Between ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORs, factors related to government, rules and banks have the greatest affect on establishment of ELECTRONIC AUCTION.4. Structural factors are more effective than environment factors and the later are more effective than behavioral factors on the establishment of ELECTRONIC AUCTION.
