Abstract

In this research we survey the Affection of TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP on Implementation of SIX SIGMA in Islamic Azad University of Maragheh, TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP was based on Bass & Avolio, and principles of SIX SIGMA were on Peter Pound and Lurence Hallp models. We designed one main hypothesis and five sub main hypotheses to access information. We used TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP questionnaire with 20 questions and SIX SIGMA principle with 35 questions. Validity and questionnaires reliability, distributed among 140 samples, were executed. We used statistical descriptive and inference methods (regression test) for analyzing data. Obtained results from hypothesizes testing, showed that TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP has effect on establishment SIX SIGMA in Islamic Azad university of Maragheh.
