Technology and IT world changes and internet developed deep evolution in communication and information transfer processing. Concerning the apparent and obvious advantages of E-banking, and its effective function in different areas, we made a comparison study between users’ behavioral preferences of electronic and traditional banking. Dependant variable was the amount of Users tendency for using E-banking, and independent variables were access speed to e-banking, e-banking customers recognition, dependency of e-banking on electronic networks, and customers’ image of E-banking advantages. The sample size was 384, and the tool was questionnaire which distributed to Semnan Mellat bank customers, and by using SPSS software the inference test of spearman was implemented.
Results showed that all independent variables have positive relation to dependent variable, which indicate the more access speed, customer diagnostic, dependency of e-banking to electronic networks exist, the more increase will cause for customers’ willingness to use e-banking services, which is the desired goal of banks.
