Abstract

The goal of research study is to examine of the relation between KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT (km) and teachers creativity in Golestan province high schools for academic period of 87-88. Research method is descriptive-correlation. The numbers of teachers are 350 and sampling method is stratified & cluster. We use two part questionnaire tool for data gathering that include KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT and creativity.Reliability coefficient calculated by Cronbach’s Alpha for KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT questionnaire was o.85 and for creativity questionnaire 0.72. We use SPSS software and statistics methods in descriptive & inferential level for data analysis. The finding of research hypothesis study show that there are relation between KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT, knowledge clean, knowledge organizing, knowledge application , knowledge spread with teachers creativity and there are not any relation between knowledge understanding and teachers creativity and also KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT effect is different on teachers creativity regarding the gender.
