Abstract

As we know the survival of any organization depends on the existence of healthy workers whether physically or spiritually. For many years researchers and scholars of management science has concentrated on this issue and numerous researches have been done in the field of physical, psychological and spiritual health and their influences on various aspects of the works of employees and managers in organizations. But the SOCIAL HEALTH as one of the most crucial aspects of health has not been considered significantly by the scholars of organization and management science.This study investigated the effect of SOCIAL HEALTH on the level of JOB SATISFACTION in the Iran khodro leasing company. In this study, SOCIAL HEALTH and JOB SATISFACTION has been measured by standard questionnaires.Multiple regression method was used for data analysis. And ultimately, the hypothesis that this research were based on was confirmed.
