Abstract

This research has been done with purpose of content analysis of Etela’at, Iran and Jomhoori Eslami and Hamshahri newspapers in terms of related subjects to BOOK, reading BOOK and library in 8th period of president election of election of Islamic republic of Iran. This research is a kind of survey. The statistical population of this research consisted of articles, reports, introductions and critics published in Etela’at, Iran, Jomhoori Eslami and Hamshahri newspaper from Khordad 1380 to Mordad 1384 (total: 204 months). Data has been collected by direct referring to related documents. In order of evaluation of research findings, obtained data was analyzed by described statistics, frequency tables and figures and inferential statistics, T-student test, two- way variation analysis, Excell and statistical software of SPSS. The results of data analysis showed that: cultural activities related to BOOK introductions are in a significant level and Iran newspaper has been gone forward than other newspaper. Also, the most cultural activities is in 1381 and the least is in 1384.
