Abstract

The aim of this study was to clarify the relationship between THE QUALITY OF LIFE and ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIORS with ENTREPRENEURSHIP among the employees of the Islamic Azad University Marvdasht Branch. The research method was descriptive Correlational. The target population was all 170 employees from which115 was selected using random stratified sampling method based on Morgan Table. In order to collect the data three questionnaires were utilized: a) Fort Walton’s (1970) quality of life, b) Podsakoff’s (1999) organizational citizenship and c) the Parsons’ (1998) ENTREPRENEURSHIP questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaires were .85, .90, and .86 respectively. The data was analyzed using inferential statistics such as correlation coefficient and multivariate stepwise regression. The results showed that THE QUALITY OF LIFE of have meaningful relationships with ENTREPRENEURSHIP. The results also indicated that the ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIORS have relationship with entrepreneurial employees.
