Abstract

This research is on social–capital and the sense of SOCIAL SECURITY among the women in northern and southern Tehran. It tries to explain the SOCIAL CAPITAL and the sense of SOCIAL SECURITY in the given society.This research is done on a survey method with interview and questionnaire. The reliability and the validity of the research method was applied through Alpha Coronbach coefficient.The research sample was 265 women (aged 15-64) and the simple random cluster method. The results show that there is a significant relationship between SOCIAL CAPITAL and sense of SOCIAL SECURITY. Pearson coefficient correlation in Northern Tehran is 296% and in Southern Tehran 640% and the relationship is positive.
