Abstract

This research is about effective factors of VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN in Ahwaz city(south west of Iran). This explains BIOLOGICAL STRUCTURE of male and female history and definition of violence areas and kind of VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN.This investigation is utilized frustration – aggression theory, sociological approach, existentialist feminism and conflict theory. The presentation of analytical model with conceptions explanation and operational definition of conceptions were used here. This research is done with 400 sample (20 to 39 ages) single and married women. For collecting data, hypothesizes inquired with Pearsons correlation coefficient and C one were analyzed.The results showed that there is a significance relation between POVERTY, on-working women, POLYGAMY, sexuality inequality, patriarchal attitude, man illiteracy and lower excitability threshold and VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN.
