Abstract

efficiency in a work Along with some other factors affecting the staff’s System new areas of investigation have focused on factors which influence them mentally among which we may refer to playing MUSIC. This paper aims at investigating two questions of what to play? "and when to play"? to achieve this purpose MUSIC THEMEs are classified and their influences on staffs are investigated then the best PLAYING TIME with regard to the individual physical and mental conditions is discussed and suitable MUSIC types are introduced for various work shifts. Finally, taking "extra payment for more production" as a criterion the positive role of playing MUSIC in a WORK SYSTEM is discussed.
