BSC function as a tool to assess organizations operations with respect to their goals and strategies in perspective of the four aspects of financial, customer, inter- processes, and, finally, development and learning. In this study, the operation rate of (x) company was measured which presented a picture of the organization to the management based on determining the major criteria in each field, defining the key indexes of the operation, the amount of the anticipated goals (Target) in each assessed index and comparing them to the actual operation of the company in order to enable the management to promote the organization performance against the universalizing challenges and increasing the competitive strength in the universal environment. For the purpose of determining the financial perspective of using the financial indexes, customers satisfaction of the questionnaire, and the process operation, key processes were recognized. Then, based on the strategy of the organization, an attempt was made to recognize their conditions. Finally learning and Developing Questionnaire was used to determine the development and learning rates of the organization.
