Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between HAPPINESS and psychological health. The sample population in this study includes all the female and male students of Azad university of Ashtian. To do so, 100 students (50 males and 50 females) were selected through the multistage random sampling and were tested by GHQ and Fordic's HAPPINESS questionnaires. After gathering information, the data was deductively and descriptively analyzed. The result of findings and analysis through multi variance regression and t-student which were calculated for the two groups indicated that there is a significant relationship between HAPPINESS and lack of depression (p<1%). Also there is relationship between physical function and HAPPINESS, and no relationship between social function and HAPPINESS. Also there is no significant relationship between the subyect's HAPPINESS in the male and female groups.
