Abstract

One feature of the third world, the focus is sharp and imbalance, The specificity of the effect of polar growth policies is considered to be the result of this policy, all features and power is concentrated in one or more areas and other regions of the marginal operating productivity. In order to create balance and good shape and homogeneous spaces, discussed the proposed regional planning and regional planning is the first step in understanding economic inequality-is socially and culturally different areas. Furthermore balanced distribution of services and facilities to eliminate regional differences and create a balance in the region is an area of significant literature. The main objective of this research gap RAZAN VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT, slum city of Khorramabad, a hybrid model using human DEVELOPMENT index (HDI) is. Accordingly, 15 villages of the district, with five indicators of education, culture and health-health, infrastructure-superstructure and welfare level and extent of the disparities among these villages were examined. Descriptive research method-is analytic. And to analyze and ARC GIS mapping software is used. Results from the ANALYSIS showed that the hand represent a challenging situation and the lack of DEVELOPMENT indicate clear differences among villages in the area is high. Finally, according to the calculations, it was found that a total of RAZAN VILLAGE in the composite index of human DEVELOPMENT are denied and This would necessitate the preparation and implementation of programs and projects targeted for integrated and balanced DEVELOPMENT of the region requires-does.
