Abstract

Tourism industry is one of the new field and spaces on the study of different sciences and nowadays of many aspects is under attention of many countries. Attention to tourism of one side is because of economic values and of other side is because of cultural, political and social effects. Science using of ability and capability of tourism in any area can provide an active and dynamic field for its development, so ability and capability analysis in a geographical form is necessary. However necessity and importance of present research is as a result of this fact that ISFAHAN because of having capacities and opportunities for city tourism development can play an evident role in economic, social, political and cultural fields. At this regard the present research considering objective kind is operational and by regard to its native and method is a descriptive and analytical research and its objective is investigation of role in city PERMANENT DEVELOPMENT and also presentation of procedures in order to permanent tourism development in ISFAHAN by means of indicates that are required for city tourism programming and strategic model of SWOT. So that by analysis of present condition and recognition of strength points and weaknesses, opportunities and treatment in this area be provided and in addition to increasing in economic, social, cultural and political benefit of it, its negative effects can be decreased. At this regard obtained results of information analysis reveal that generally 151 point of strength point and ISFAHAN opportunities compared to 125 point of weak points and its treatments show high capacity of district in permanent tourism development field. Thus the necessity of attention to tourism industry in development programs should be under attention because tourism development plays an effective role in PERMANENT DEVELOPMENT.
