Abstract

Principles of CITY planning and development of the CITY to analyze the effects of construction industry incrust cities, such as passing skeletal environment, health and hygienic environment, social environment cultural environment, economic environment natural environment should be considered. This research evaluate strengths weaknesses and impacts of Abyek cement factory on it’s environment, as surveying of industries in the countryside that factories around the CITY or not, or by transferring factory outside the cities what positive and negative results will be, root and important questions that are trying to have been in this research is to be answered. The main method of this research based on descriptive-analytical and substantional method based on the data has been achieved through the library studies interviewing with people and information of three hundred questionnaire. The surveyed statistics population were: Abyek residents cement factory’s workers housing and urban development ministry’s authorities, interior ministry sana organization department of environments authorities and Qazvin medical university. Also impact assessment methods like check lists quality matrix goal achieving matrix and flow diagrams has been used. Based on the results obtained from the assessment, contrary to the hypothesis of this dissertation the alternative of factory’s displacement isn’t the preferable rather the superior alternative been selected will continue factory’s activity depend upon consider the mitigation plans.
