This article has done reviews with the aim of understanding the problems of the housing market in Dezful County (old tissue) from the perspective of consumer buyers, individual investors, constructors, builders, investment companies and other activists in the field of housing to be able make decision in this context in relation to the future of the housing market for the investment or leaving it (Koorechi, Hadi, p12), and has reviews a major indexes such as the population and its collection, how the ownership of residential units, the amount of rent and the price of housing and other elements. Research method in this article is descriptive- analytical, analyzing data is done by using statistical software spss, Arcgis and field investigation Dezful City. The results shows that problems caused only a particular segment of the housing market in this context have contributed, such as burnout tissue, the problem of crossings, resistant mechanism of residential unit-lack of public parking and other factors.

Today rural tourism is one of the most popular forms of tourism that can be debatable from two aspects, firstly cause of leisure and comfort of big cities citizens and the other one cause the employment and economic development. Addressing the rural tourism in the ardestan can be discussion of this aspect that villages are in neighboring of the central mountains dynasty of Iran. The other aspect of Ardestan is that a large percentage of population living in village and this strategy can result rural development in this city. The question that is posed here is that what is the potential and tourist restrictions development in ASrdestan? Whether, this strategy can be effective in rural areas development in this city due to the high index of deprivation? For this purpose, the present article is done with aims to identification of rural tourism and also identification of problems and obstacles for rural tourism with emphasis on the SWOT model because of this purpose, methods in this paper is using the collection method, studies of the library and also to provide strategy for development of tourism in Ardestan. Studies show that Ardestan deprivation is the main factor in the lack of development of rural tourism in this city in the last few years.

With the failed performance of urban renewal and improvement plans it makes a new phenomenon called attention to the sustainability of urban planning. That is one of the most deliberate approaches in the field of stability, renewing the tissue historical urban and emphasizing on the creation of a restructure. This method of restoration is paying much attention to residential participation. According to importance of urban restructure the aim in this study is to discover the Variables and the main effective factor in stability restructure urban tissue. In this article the concept of sustainable urban tissue and the factors for increasing this stability is going to study and analysis of the investment in historical urban tissue. Because of this purpose 326 questionnaire were evaluated among local citizens. The used method in this study is a combination of documents, field, surveying and analytical and sampling, random sampling that is done by using of the questionnaire and also using statistical analysis software SPSS and SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that it must be reload in the manner of the implementation of the plan or urban resuscitation and participation of people be considered as an important factor in the stability of urban projects.

Principles of city planning and development of the city to analyze the effects of construction industry incrust cities, such as passing skeletal environment, health and hygienic environment, social environment cultural environment, economic environment natural environment should be considered. This research evaluate strengths weaknesses and impacts of Abyek cement factory on it’s environment, as surveying of industries in the countryside that factories around the city or not, or by transferring factory outside the cities what positive and negative results will be, root and important questions that are trying to have been in this research is to be answered. The main method of this research based on descriptive-analytical and substantional method based on the data has been achieved through the library studies interviewing with people and information of three hundred questionnaire. The surveyed statistics population were: Abyek residents cement factory’s workers housing and urban development ministry’s authorities, interior ministry sana organization department of environments authorities and Qazvin medical university. Also impact assessment methods like check lists quality matrix goal achieving matrix and flow diagrams has been used. Based on the results obtained from the assessment, contrary to the hypothesis of this dissertation the alternative of factory’s displacement isn’t the preferable rather the superior alternative been selected will continue factory’s activity depend upon consider the mitigation plans.

Najaf Abad is located in The west of Esfahan, and due to it’s location between metropolitan Esfahan in the east and the industrial pole in the west, the population of Najaf Abad has gone Through a lot of changes. The population of the city increased up to five Times from 1966 to 2006. This Rapid growth of the population as well as the physical development and the problems of urban land uses caused that Najaf Abad comprehensive plan to be considered as an important factor. Two decades after accomplishing Najaf Abad comprehensive plan, a great numbers of population and physical problems still exist. The aim of this paper is to analysis of Najaf Abad master plan and introduce some of it’s problems. The outstanding result of this paper show that the master plan of Najaf Abad has not been succeeded. The research method used in this paper is combination of documental, survey and descriptive one. The findings resulted from this study show that by introducing some problems of Najaf Abad master plan, we can help me the urban planners.

There were numerous studies, researches in the field of air pollution and traffic in Tehran metropolis. But the issue is that we look at air pollution caused by urban transport and traffic only as generating costs facts and we didn’t attention to this matter that this destructive phenomena in addition to generating costs nature can be used in at least some of the cost burden. In this context, it seems that this matter would be rooted in the dominant attitude of major control of air pollution caused by urban transport and traffic in Tehran metropolis. therefore, this research due to the importance of the subject with an analytic-application method based on library studies and documents for the purpose of benefiting in the financing of municipalities and of this framework, presenting proposed and policy solutions has done research an analysis on the major control of air pollution caused by the attitudes of urban transport and traffic in the world based on four types of the standard attitude: the attitude of publishing standard, the attitude of the air quality standard, the attitude of the tax assessment and attitude of the cost-benefit. Based on the findings of the investigation, the ruling attitude in relation to the control of air pollution caused by traffic of Tehran metropolis based on a attitude of the standard publication, the emphasis is too much on this attitude and non- spade of the other strategies in Strategies & solutions caused that the measures taken are just the cost of inflation and in this field has been causing only the cost of air pollution control financing capabilities arising from urban transport and traffic in Tehran metropolis. At the end proposed practical solutions and recommendations in the financial field of the municipality of Tehran metropolis based on the findings of the research that can be used also in other metropolises.

It is undeniable the need of any man to spiritual and religion is one of the most important pillars in the spiritually-intellectual of man. Also tourism is a means that link to each people with different religions and cultures and helps them to understand each other despite political and social tension. In terms of the world tourism organization, religion is known as one of the main motivations for travel. As a result religious tourism is an activity that people visit the religious holy places such as shrines, tombs, Imamzadeh and etc.... Religious tourism with its own characteristics and specifications is one of the most important tourism branches and it can be used with planning and creating the infrastructure. This applies to both of the later issues of tourism and the emphasis on religious concepts can serve as a solution to this issue. Why move to attract religious tourism, at first it needs to understand concepts and religions principles and respect for them and then trying to facilitation services to templar of these holy shrines. Also this can have very positive results in terms of the economic aspects of tourism attracting and also In terms of the effects of a promo and of the broad international reflection for the host nation. This article have been trying to check district 2 of Rey due to the existence of Shrine of Abdol-Azim Hasani (p) which every year welcomes such a huge enthusiast and lovers of the inmate that with planning and create infrastructure, enhances the contribution of religious tourists to this area. It also examines the religious tourism that have a lot of impact in expand the ways of communication and economic development, but has not much impact in improving the area cultural and remain in poverty of culture and measures adopted have not a significant effect in improving it.

Rafsanjan plain, as a tectonic basin, is located in SE Iran. There are 27 major alluvial fans at the northern and southern perimeters of this plain.In this paper, several characteristics of the fans, such as radial lenth, surface area, and average slope of the the fans, as well as, the extent, slop and stream number of the main stream feeding each fan were determined. Considering the area and the slope of the fans as AF and SF; and the area, the average slope and the stream number of the main streams feeding the fans as Ad, Sd and D respectively; the relationships between teese parameters were determined as: AF=1.54Ad 0.70, SF=4.89Ad0.26, AF=0.43e0.83D, SF=0.81Sd0.44. These equations could be applied for hydrologic, tectonic, as well as, geomorphologic investigations in this region.
