In recent decades the phenomenon of environmental quality degradation such as a shadow on the economic structure of the ancient Iranian cities and has faced to danger its long-term stability. Because environmental quality and housing are some elements that have effect on urban population movements in. Since the Housing department is one of the most important economic sector, have importance that is also in terms of the share of household basket and also in terms of the share in GDP and its role in large-scale economic indexes such as economic growth, employment of production factors. This article has done reviews with the aim of understanding the problems of the housing market in Dezful County (old tissue) from the perspective of consumer buyers, individual investors, constructors, builders, investment companies and other activists in the field of housing to be able make decision in this context in relation to the future of the housing market for the investment or leaving it (Koorechi, Hadi, p12), and has reviews a major indexes such as the population and its collection, how the ownership of residential units, the amount of rent and the price of housing and other elements. Research method in this article is descriptive- analytical, analyzing data is done by using statistical software spss, Arcgis and field investigation Dezful City. The results shows that problems caused only a particular segment of the housing market in this context have contributed, such as burnout tissue, the problem of crossings, resistant mechanism of residential unit-lack of public parking and other factors.
