Abstract

Health and therapeutic network with its centers is regarded as one of the most important services in any city. Thus the method of therapeutic centers dispersion and distribution are always under attention. At this regard Rash that with high population density is placed in the center of Gilan province in therapeutic field always has been a step for murder than others province`s cities and enjoyed from more strong and effective and more attractive therapeutic networks and because of this fact always has been regarded as a destination for patients of other villages and cities. This fact can lead to Rasht therapeutic network agreeable itself to society needs. But because of unclearness of laws and basic programming for the method of dispersion and distribution of therapeutic centers in this city and even in other cities of Iran, Sometimes we comfort to many problems that concentration and of clinics in special places(around passages and major squares) is one of them. Considering this fact present research with a descriptive-analytical approach has investigated spatial distribution of EXPERT CLINICS of Rasht. Finally we concluded that Rasht EXPERT CLINICS are not distributed in a suitable method(centralized) and because of lack of laws for obligate physicians for establishment of their clinics they always lent to take up position in crowded areas and do not attend to other therapeutic centers and hospital position. The most important consequence of this position selection is saturation of some of major passages this kind of using of traffic problems, non-tendency of physicians for establishment of new clinics in other areas and passages.
