Abstract

One of the most important issues that must be considered in relation to the issue of employment. Because of the close relationship between social and economic factors, with many activities, population and employment trends and analysis of social and economic activities are discussed. SARI, Mazandaran Province, as explained by the economic model is to find ways of solving for the future planning for the City and similar cities are located. The results show that the SARI an imbalance between the three economic sectors can be observed. Lack of balance, harmony and coherence among the three economic sectors, indicating a lack of comprehensive planning in establishing a regional balance.
