Abstract

High-power global forces for changes shifted planner’s attention in different countries to enrich the concepts for the effectiveness of programs. LEISURE is one of the fundamental concepts in this area. This paper based on descriptive method and random sampling and deductive strategies tries to examine the types and forms of LEISURE activities and its relation to students’ attitude. To discussing and comparative LEISURE functions emphasizing on behavioral aspects and its position in the world, it pointed out to current challenges of individual and collective LEISURE activities. Finally, based on the findings of the research and its compatibiIity with the current theoretical fundamentals concluded that design and implementation of comprehensive programs by state and the role of cultural institutions and organizations in achieving the goals of LEISURE activities is important.
