Abstract

vToday, most of organizations to determine their growth and development strategies design their macro programs. Developing the right strategies to organizations will help them in reaching the proper position of the market share. The aim of this research is to develop the Strategic Strategies by using of Fuzzy Rule-based Systems. To attainment of this goal, the necessary steps, including the company's strategic plans and strategies from the SWOT matrix were presented. The next steps are including, evaluation the strategic position and strategic evaluation Matrix by using of common methods (classic method) in Mino pharmaceutical and health company. The result of this step, has been showed that the conservative strategy is in the first rank. Finally, by using of knowledge base in fuzzy logic system, the rule bases of decisions have been designed that output of is the possibility of success for the company's strategic in four strategies (aggressive, conservative, competitive and defensive). The results indicated that the conservative and competitive strategies have equal possibility of success. Also the other results in viewpoints of experts, have been showed that the Fuzzy Rule-based Systems are better consistent with the human thinking and company's existing facts.
