Abstract: 

With the growing and accelerated international trade, countries around the world, import and export a variety of products that it would be the challenges and opportunities created for them. The free trade between countries and globalization has meant that consumers face with many foreign products. As a result, the attitude of consumers to the country as well as domestic or foreign manufacturer of the product is one of the concerns of international companies and researchers of consumer behavior The Research is “ Surveying Effects of Consumers Global Identity on External Product Purchasing According to “ UDO” . To study foreign products among graduate students studying commercial management in Tehran in 1394 have been addressed. This study sought to evaluate the impact of Global Identity on External Product Purchasing. Methodology description and applied research. Required Data for this study collected by questionnaire distributed among 158 student of Commercial Management in the State universities of Tehran. The results of this study showed that the purchase of foreign products affected by the global identity.

Abstract: 

Today's rapid moving and competitive business environment, the pressure on the organization to expand market share and profitability opportunities has increased. Thus, improving business model is necessary for the organization. In this study, in order to achieve this purpose we have examined the relationship between the structure of contingency factors (top management support, business perspective and expertise of external factors) and enterprise resource planning system success and firm's financial performance. This study seeks to explain the business process improvement model of the firm. The population of this research is the active firms in automotive industry in the period 2004 to 2008 in Iran. The aim of this study is applied and the method of data collection, descriptive and correlational respectively. To test the seven hypotheses of this study in a multi-stage sampling of 162 people from eight companies were selected and data were collected with the use of questionnaire. In this study software (SPSS) 22, and structural equation modeling (SEM) software using (LISREL) 8. 80 was used for data analysis. The results show that top management support, business perspective and quality of expertise of external factors have positive and significant relationship with the enterprise resource planning. There is positive and significant relationship between enterprise resource planning and financial performance too. Finally, the positive relationship between top management support and quality expertise of external factors with financial performance was confirmed. While there was no significant relationship between business perspective and financial performance.

Abstract: 

According to an increasing competition in the current business environment, Strategic Change towards Entrepreneurial Behavior has become a necessity for many organizations. Because organizational culture affects all organizational processes and strategies, thus organizations-with strategic thinking-resort to create cultural sub-structures to facilitate the occurrence of entrepreneurial behavior. The primary purpose of this study is investigation of relative importance of organizational culture dimensions in Strategic Change towards Entrepreneurial Behavior. Attaining the mentioned purpose, by employing a systematic and methodical technique, "Organizational Culture Index (OCI)" and "Entrepreneurial Behavior Scale (EBS)" have been chosen as the most appropriate theoretical framework for culture and entrepreneurship respectively; and in the end, these frameworks have been combined and presented in a complex network. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, capabilities of two techniques including "Focus Group (FG)" and "Analytical Network Process (ANP)" are employed. Regarding this research strategy, "Case Study", the scope of this study is limited to "An Active Organization in ICT Industry ". Results indicate that among dimensions of organizational culture, "trust" and "Innovation" play the most important roles in the development of entrepreneurial behavior.

Abstract: 

This study aimed to investigate the effect of organizational capacity on employer fulfilling to psychological contracts by employee. This is a descriptive survey and correlational; and in terms of nature is practical. For this purpose, we select 173 staff based on Stratifiedsampling method from Isfahan Islamic Azad University. constrant, content and nominal validity of the questionnaires are confirmed. Reliability calculate by using of Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results show that organizational capacity dimensions effect on employer fulfilling to psychological contracts. So organizational capacity building including appropriate strategies, leadership style worthy organization, qualified staff and the skills required by the organization, systems and structures are effective and efficient and shared values can affect the obligation of employers to employer fulfilling to psychological contracts.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between strategic leadership and open innovation practices in the Caspian Tamin, Behvarzan and Sobhan Darou. The aim of this study in terms of functional and descriptive-survey is. The study sample consisted of all three companies, pharmaceutical Caspian Tamin, Behvarzan and Sobhan Darou, which numbers 64 people. Due to the limited sample size of the study population was selected by counting a total of 64 people. Data were collected by questionnaire and open innovation are strategic leadership behaviors. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated by Cronbach's 0/84 and validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by content validity. Data using the Pearson correlation test software SPSS21 and structural equation modeling (SEM) software AMOS22 were analyzed. The results showed that the behavior of strategic leadership and innovation open and there is a significant positive relationship. So it can be concluded that by improving strategic leadership behaviors of innovation in high-tech companies will rise.

Abstract: 

Most organizations in automotive industry and other industries use Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) to prioritize their strategies. One of the weak points of this method is that it does not involve the inter-relations and correlation among environmental factors. In this paper, it has been tried to remove this weakness, as well as reprioritization of Nirou Moharrekeh Industrial company’ s strategies – a leading company in IRAN-KHODRO supply chain-using analytic network process (ANP). Results show that the prioritization obtained by analytic process network has considerable differences compare with the prioritization resulted by quantitative strategic planning matrix. The reason is that in quantitative strategic planning matrix the inter-relations among criteria are not considered. So, as a main outcome of this research it is recommended that organizations use analytic network process for prioritization of their strategies or validation of the method they used for prioritization of business strategies. Results of Nirou Moharrekeh company’ s strategies prioritization using ANP is in this way that the product development such as manual and automatic strategy has the highest priority an production parameter optimization has the lowest priority.

Abstract: 

Drucker (2010) introduces entrepreneurial society in 21st century as the substitute of social security, the great revolution of 20th century. In entrepreneurial society, universities should be innovative as every organization. This research aimed to identify and prioritize accelerators and barriers of entrepreneurial university formation in Iran. The research is applied and descriptive survey. Research population included 2142 lecturers at Shahed, Tehran, and Yazd universities, and 400 individuals were selected as research sample. Based on literature review, a questionnaire was developed and distributed. Data analysis was done using SPSS software and Friedman Test. As a result, 23 factors were identified as accelerators and barriers of entrepreneurial university formation. The highest priority was allocated to individuals’ viewpoint about entrepreneurship as accelerator, and to organizational chart and governance of university as barrier. Also, it was found that environmental accelerators were the most important compared to other factors.

Abstract: 

This is a descriptive research and its aim to examine and assess the degree and sufficiency of university autonomy in the four area of institutional, financial, staff, and academic and also the degree of accountability of branches to their external stakeholders. At first, on the base of the library research, the researcher studied many articles and books to find out and determine the essential components of university autonomy and provided for ten higher education specialists to have their opinions about them. Besides, he studied Islamic Azad University rules and regulations and also interviewed with university chancellors, Deans, Head of the Department and academic staff with regard to autonomy and accountability of the branches. Since the gathering of data was done by questionnaire and interviews, therefore it was a mixed method. The instrument for gathering data was a researcher-made questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale and its calculated Alpha was. /953. This means that the instrument was reliable. Data were obtained randomly from academic staffs on the base of Morgan table (105) at Islamic Azad University branches in Qazvin province. The data were analyzed using percentage and five-point Likert scale to objectively determine the degree of accountability and the sufficiency of the university autonomy for good governance of their branches at the four area of autonomy from the view point of academic staffs. The analysis of data in relation to research questions were investigated, using one-sample t-test by means of version 18 of SPSS software. The findings indicated that the degree of autonomy in the four areas was not sufficient to govern the university well and at the end the issue under the investigation was analyzed and some solutions were given to increase the accountability of the Islamic Azad University branches.

Abstract: 

vToday, most of organizations to determine their growth and development strategies design their macro programs. Developing the right strategies to organizations will help them in reaching the proper position of the market share. The aim of this research is to develop the strategic strategies by using of fuzzy rule-based systems. To attainment of this goal, the necessary steps, including the company's strategic plans and strategies from the SWOT matrix were presented. The next steps are including, evaluation the strategic position and strategic evaluation Matrix by using of common methods (classic method) in Mino pharmaceutical and health company. The result of this step, has been showed that the conservative strategy is in the first rank. Finally, by using of knowledge base in fuzzy logic system, the rule bases of decisions have been designed that output of is the possibility of success for the company's strategic in four strategies (aggressive, conservative, competitive and defensive). The results indicated that the conservative and competitive strategies have equal possibility of success. Also the other results in viewpoints of experts, have been showed that the fuzzy rule-based systems are better consistent with the human thinking and company's existing facts.

Abstract: 

This paper investigates challenges, strengths and weaknesses of the process of direct tax in Iranian National Tax Administration. We present strategic solutions in the form of best practices in order to improve the given process. The best practices include control relocation, Control addition, case manager, automation, technology and outsourcing. The main objective of the paper is to study the effect of the best practices on organizational performance. To do this, first the current process is modeled, and then the application of best practices is investigated by using questionnaires and interviews. Finally, according to the applied best practices, the process model is redesigned. The results showed that the use of candidate best practices has a significant and positive impact on organizational performance. Also according to the results, greater use of information technology in the organization and training employees and tax payers are among best solutions to improve the given process. Finally, operational guidelines are provided.

Abstract: 

In economic and management literature a discussion titled "organizational sustainability" has been put forward. The sustainability paradigm to some extent replaced by success in management literature. Approximately, most of the organizations define the acquisition of sustained success in their value system. Organizational sustainability is the ability to maintain or to develop the performance in the long term and continued satisfaction of stakeholder over time. The general goal of this study is the investigation of degree of organizational sustainability and representing solutions to enhance it with knowledge management perspective in Tehran Industrial Estates Company. With respect to the goal of the study the population includes all the experts and managers of Tehran industrial estates. A total of 114 people, among them 88 were selected randomly. The results of data analysis show that, the degree of sustainability of Tehran industrial estates is 2. 6204 that is Tehran industrial estates is a proactive organization. Given the scores of knowledge management activities, the priorities of improvement were determined and they are as follows: publishing, assessment, development, use, goal setting, and maintenance, acquisition and identification of knowledge. Due to the fact that the organization is proactive with regard to sustainability, goal should be set to achieve a higher level of sustainability that is flexible level and in this case solutions have been presented to organization.

Abstract: 

Attention to technology development is a need to achieve sustainable competitive advantage and success of any organization. In addition, due to limitations in the supply and use of resources, and also importance of HR in any organization shows the importance of human resource management in organizations. In this research that is the descriptive study, factors affecting the implementation of human resources information systems in medium and large companies in Tehran province are studied. Statistical Society in this research included 125 companies with more than 150 personals. In this study, key factors were extracted according to recent research. Then, using the binomial test was approved and finally using analysis of variance and mean equality hypothesis, because on average ranked, and this has also been confirmed by the average difference test. The results show that the main factors: strategy management, human resources and human resource information systems specifications respectively ranked first, second and third place. As well as sub-agents and their rankings determined in this study.
